Canada’s national men’s basketball team will hit the court this summer in a send-off game against Nigeria at Bell MTS Place.

The two teams will meet in Winnipeg as they each prepare for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 in China (August 31-September 15, 2019).

The event marks the first time in 20 years the city has hosted an international competition featuring the senior men’s national team.
