The Winnipeg Goldeyes made several roster moves over the weekend including re-acquisition of right-handed pitcher Cameron McVey.
McVey was acquired on Saturday from the Lincoln Saltdogs in exchange for left-handed pitcher Spencer Herrmann. McVey was 0-4 with one save and a 5.12 ERA for Lincoln in 26 relief appearances.
The Goldeyes also activated shortstop Adrian Marin from the inactive list where he was placed on June 19. Marin was hitting .208 with 10 runs scored and eight RBI in 17 games with a team-best swinging strike percentage of 4.0.
Marin replaces outfielder Willy Garcia who has been removed from the active roster to represent the Dominican National Team in the 2019 Pan-Am Games.
The Fish are next in action on the road Tuesday against the Gary SouthShore RailCats.
