A Winnipeg man has been charged after an armed robbery at a business on Sagkeeng First Nation.
RCMP say the suspect threatened an employee with a gun during the robbery on September 13.
A 911 call gave a description of the suspect and vehicle, as well as his last known direction.
Police intercepted the vehicle while en route to the scene. No firearms were found.
Kevin Franke, 52, was arrested and charged with robbery and several firearms offences. He appeared in court on September 15.
RCMP continue to investigate.
