Winnipeg police are investigating a woman’s death as the city’s 29th homicide of the year.
Police were called to a residential building in the 500 block of Balmoral Street at around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, where they found the woman deceased inside.
The victim has been identified as Norma Andrews, 28.
