A Winnipeg police officer fired their gun at a stolen vehicle Monday night.
A street unit supervisor was in the area of Pembina Highway and Point Road at around 6:10 p.m. when they noticed the vehicle.
With the help of another supervisor, the officer tried to pull it over, but the vehicle rammed both cruiser cars and broke free. One officer fired their weapon at the vehicle during the course of the event.
A passenger fled on foot and the vehicle took off. It was located abandoned a short time later in the area of Corydon Avenue and Queenston Street after hitting a fence.
