A fatal shooting Friday night has tied the Winnipeg record for most homicides in a year since 2011.
Police responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 700 block of Dufferin Avenue at around 9 p.m., where they found a deceased man who appeared to have been shot.
The victim has been identified as Dustin Cree Baker, 21.
