Winnipeg police have arrested and charged a man in connection to a homicide on October 23.
Darcy Lesley Rose, 37, was fatally stabbed in the 300 block of Talbot Avenue.
On Tuesday, police arrested a suspect already in custody at Stony Mountain Institution on an unrelated matter.
Michael Joseph Thomas Fox, 30, of Winnipeg has been charged with second-degree murder.
Fox was remanded back into custody.
