WINNIPEG — Bold Commerce is receiving more than $144,100 from the province for training and resources as the local tech company continues to grow.
The funding will be used to support current and new employees as Bold Commerce expands to create new jobs.
“We place great emphasis on creating and maintaining a culture of continual learning at Bold,” said Chantal Grindle, chief human resources officer, Bold Commerce.
“With our rapid growth, we’re bringing on as many as 20 new employees each month. As we scale our business, this funding will allow us to provide the best training for our employees, who together will help us build the best company.”
Bold has nearly 350 full-time employees and recently announced an expansion into the United States. The company expects to hire an additional 400 people over the next two-and-a-half years.
