Winnipeg police are continuing to look for the driver of a vehicle who struck and killed 21-year-old Cody Joss five years ago today.
Joss was walking northbound on Inkster Boulevard at McGregor Street on December 19, 2014 when he was hit by a vehicle travelling westbound on Inkster.
Joss was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries and died one day later. The vehicle fled the scene prior to police arriving.
