Manitoba RCMP charged 18 people with impaired driving the third week of the annual holiday checkstop program.
Between December 16-22, more than 3,480 vehicles were checked in 97 locations across the province.
Of those, 16 drivers were found to be impaired by alcohol, while two refused a breathalyzer test.
The highest blood/alcohol reading reported was 0.280.
