WINNIPEG — Three people have been arrested and charged after a New Year’s Day robbery at a convenience store in the 300 block of Henderson Highway.
Police say three males walked into the store shortly before 6 a.m., where one of them threatened to shoot an employee with a gun. They fled after a quantity of merchandise was stolen.
The K9 unit tracked the suspects to a residence in the 300 block of Chalmers Avenue.
Skylar Alexander James Cook, 18, a 16-year-old boy and another 18-year-old man, have been charged with robbery.
Cook has also been charged with failing to comply with a sentence of conditions of an undertaking.
