WINNIPEG — One man is dead and two others are recovering in hospital after a shooting in the 100 block of Garry Street Sunday morning.
Police were called to the scene just before 3 a.m. and found three injured men. All three were taken to hospital in critical condition, where one of them later died.
The victim has been identified as Yassin Abdu Ahmed, 20.

The death marks the second homicide of the year in Winnipeg after the death of a woman on Friday night.
