A 26-year-old man from The Pas was killed Saturday night after the snowmobile he was riding struck a tree.
The collision happened at around 11 p.m. near Rocky Lake East Road, 45 kilometres north of The Pas.
RCMP say a 22-year-old woman was also riding on the snowmobile at the time and was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
No further information has been released and the investigation is ongoing.
