Thompson RCMP are investigating the sudden death of a woman in the community on Sunday afternoon.
Police were called for a woman requiring medical attention behind a business on Selkirk Avenue just after 12 p.m.
The woman, originally from Shamattawa, was taken to hospital and later pronounced deceased.
Thompson RCMP and the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office continue to investigate.
