WINNIPEG — Police say the suspect in a Winnipeg baby’s death has been found dead.
Officers were notified about a severely injured three-month-old baby on July 28.
The child was brought to hospital in critical condition and later died.
The Winnipeg Police Child Abuse Unit began to investigate.
Their only suspect, a man, was found dead at a home three days later.
Police say no foul play is suspected in the man’s death.
