Winnipeg police are investigating the city’s latest homicide after a man was found unresponsive in the 300 block of Charles Street early Sunday.
Officers were called to an apartment building just before 2:30 a.m. and located the deceased victim inside a suite.
The death is being treated as a homicide.
The deceased has been identified as Ronald Dennis Ducharme, 33, of Winnipeg.
