UPDATE: Wednesday, July 7 — Landace Blair Urbanovitch, 25, from Selkirk, has been charged with second-degree murder. He was arrested on Tuesday and was remanded into custody for a court appearance scheduled later today in Winnipeg.

Manitoba RCMP are investigating a homicide in Selkirk after the death of a 22-year-old woman.
Police were called to a disturbance at a home in the city at around 5 a.m. Sunday, where the victim was located deceased.
RCMP continue to investigate and no further details have been released.
