The Winnipeg Ice have released the team’s 68-game schedule for the upcoming 2021-22 WHL season.
The Ice will open their season on Friday, October 1 in Brandon with a home-and-home series against the Wheat Kings. The two teams return to the Ice Cave inside Wayne Fleming Arena on Saturday, October 2.
In total, the Manitoba rivals will place 10 regular-season games against each other.
The hockey club says based on fan feedback from its inaugural season in 2019-20, all Sunday games will start at 5 p.m., with the exception of Sunday, November 7 which starts at 2 p.m. All other games will start at 7 p.m. with a few noted exceptions in the 2021-22 schedule.
