Clayton Marcano, 39, had been treated in hospital for injuries sustained during this incident. On July 30, he was charged with second-degree murder and detained in custody.

WINNIPEG — A 17-year-old boy has died following an assault behind a convenience store in the 100 block of Salter Street.
Officers located two injured males at the scene at around 1 a.m. Wednesday, including a 30-year-old man. Both victims were transported to hospital, but the teen later succumbed to his injuries. The 30-year-old remains in stable condition.
