Winnipeg police are investigating a homicide after a man was shot in the street near the intersection of Stella Avenue and McGregor Street.
General patrol and tactical officers attended to the scene at around 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
The victim was transported to hospital in critical condition and later succumbed to his injuries.
