Manitoba RCMP say human remains have been discovered in a field approximately 10 kilometres west of Killarney.
Police say construction workers came across the remains on Tuesday while excavating gravel off of Highway 3 and Road 105 W.
RCMP are currently on site conducting a search of the area with the help of forensic investigators and an anthropology team.
The identity of the remains is unknown at this time.
