Manitoba Music is set to return to Los Angeles from March 4 to 6 to strengthen connections with the global music industry.
Under the Manitoba Music Export initiative, six Manitoba-based artists and three Winnipeg music company representatives will participate in industry showcases, networking events, and songwriting sessions.
The delegation will host a networking mixer at SOCAN House on March 4, followed by an invite-only industry showcase at Gold Diggers on March 5, featuring performances from Boniface, Boogey the Beat, and sundayclub. Songwriters CEC, Daggerss, and Keisha Booker will take part in curated songwriting sessions, while business representatives from CTRL Space, First Date Touring, and No Fun Club will engage in meetings.

“Gathering in global market hubs is fundamental to forging valuable business connections with the international music industry, unlocking new opportunities, and raising the profile of Manitoba’s music industry,” says Vanessa Kuzina, executive director of Manitoba Music.
“In a rapidly changing landscape, these export initiatives are critical to ensuring the long-term success of our music sector.”
Manitoba Music says the initiative aims to expand international opportunities for local artists and industry professionals.
