Brandon’s east end is now home to the VicEast Industrial Park, a newly launched 25-acre development aimed at boosting industrial growth in the region.
The park, developed by Crane Steel Structures, offers 19 lots ranging in size and features key access to trucking and rail routes.
“We really believe this fills a much-needed gap in industrial land within the City of Brandon,” said PJ Crane with Crane Steel Structures, in a release.
“From the location to the utilities, there isn’t a more attractive place to set up or expand a business.”
Crane says the park fills a critical need for industrial land in the city, offering modern utilities and proximity to a skilled workforce supplied by local post-secondary institutions.
Positioned as a regional service hub for over 190,000 people, Brandon is promoting VicEast as a prime location for businesses looking to launch or expand operations in Manitoba.
