Winnipeg police have arrested two men in connection with a series of armed robberies at the same Henderson Highway gas bar.
Police say the crime spree stretched from June 2024 to September 2025, and included six separate robberies involving weapons. No employees were physically injured.
The most recent incident happened on September 21, 2025, at around 7 a.m., when two men threatened an employee with a firearm before stealing cigarettes and cash. The pair fled but were arrested several hours later near Main Street and Mountain Avenue.
Adam Luke Zebrasky, 51, has been charged with robbery, possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order, and using an imitation firearm during an indictable offence. He was detained in custody.
Anthony Branko Bris, 29, was charged with robbery and using an imitation firearm during an indictable offence. He was also detained.
Investigators later linked Zebrasky to five previous early-morning robberies at the same gas bar, each involving threats with a knife or firearm and the theft of cigarettes.
On December 4, officers executed a search warrant at a Rothesay Street residence and re-arrested Zebrasky, who had been released in the meantime. He now faces nine additional charges, including five counts of robbery, three counts of weapon possession, and one count of using an imitation firearm during an indictable offence.
He remains in custody as the investigation continues.
