Winnipeg firefighters were called to reports of a house fire in the 300 block of Magnus Avenue on Sunday afternoon.
The Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service says crews responded at around 4:42 p.m. to find smoke coming from the house. The fire was declared under control at 5:08 p.m.
Paramedics assessed one patient on scene, but they didn’t require hospitalization.
Displaced residents were offered temporary support by the city’s emergency social services team.
The fire is under investigation, and no damage estimates are available.
