A 74-year-old man is in custody after an 80-year-old woman was found dead at an apartment complex in St. Vital late Tuesday night.
Officers responded to the 1200 block of St. Anne’s Road just before 11:30 p.m. to find the woman suffering from fatal injuries. Investigators determined the two parties were known to each other, and a male suspect was arrested at the scene.
Jose Francisco Raulino has been charged with second-degree murder and remains in custody.
