December 3, 2010 6:44 AM | News

The CEO of a Winnipeg-based social media and online content moderation services firm has made the shortlist for the 2010 Mashable Awards.

ICUC Moderation Services CEO Keith Bilous is now in the Top 5 list on Mashable.com, the go-to website for social media news on the Internet.

Bilous is nominated in the category of Entrepreneur of the Year for his hard work and passion in driving the multi-million dollar company, which is a global leader in moderation services.

Just being nominated is a huge accomplishment, as 700,000 nominations came in, which was eventually narrowed down to 40,000+ nominees and then five finalists in each category.

Bilous is hoping Winnipeggers get behind him and vote daily on Twitter and Facebook. Voting will close on December 15.
