Staff from radio station Power 97 will help out at-risk homeowners from flooding this season. Dubbed the “Mother Flooder,” the pickup truck will travel to Southern Manitoba communities with staff to help sandbag where needed. The truck first made an appearance during the 2011 flood. (HANDOUT)
