King Street to Close this Weekend for Winnipeg Chinatown Street Festival

King Street in the Exchange District will close for a cultural festival this weekend.

The City of Winnipeg says they’re closing the street from James Avenue to Alexander Avenue from 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 13, until 7 p.m. on Sunday, September 14 for the Winnipeg Chinatown Street festival.

Drivers are advised to find alternate routes and allow for a little extra travel time.
