Manitoba Hydro Gallery in downtown Winnipeg is decked out in the sights of the holiday season with the annual Festival of Trees and Lights.
The meticulously-decorated trees went on display Tuesday and will be available for public viewing until November 28.
The tradition attracts thousands of visitors every year and supports the Children’s Rehabilitation Foundation and Gardens Manitoba.
Some of the featured trees this year come from organizations such as the Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club, Rona, RBC Royal Bank, Canadian Tire Regent, Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Great West Life, Rudy’s Eat & Drink, Investors Group East, Investors Group Winnipeg South on Waverley, 102.3 Clear FM, Travel Manitoba, Pollard Banknote and others.
Admission to view the trees is free. Tickets to enter to win the trees and the prizes they come with are $2 each. The draw date is November 28 at 4 p.m.
Viewing hours can be found on the festival’s website.
