Seven Oaks General Hospital (SOGH.CA)
WINNIPEG — Water service has been restored at Seven Oaks General Hospital following a water main break over the weekend.
The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority said the water was turned back on early Monday morning.
“Work is underway to fully restore all services at the hospital, and we will continue collaborating with regional partners to maintain continuity of care for our patients,” the WRHA said.
Flooding was discovered in a lower level of the hospital at around 10 p.m. on Saturday. After further investigation, a water main break was discovered, which required a full water shutdown in the hospital.
The hospital worked with the City of Winnipeg and a restoration company to restore the water supply while work continued to remedy the break.
