The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have signed all-star receiver Nic Demski to a two-year contract extension.
The Winnipeg native, who was set to become a free agent in February, will be suiting up with the blue and gold through the 2027 CFL season.
The 31-year-old completed his third straight 1,000-yard season in 2025, finishing with 67 receptions for 1,001 yards and seven touchdowns. His performance earned him a fifth consecutive West Division all-star selection.
Demski has led the Blue Bombers in receiving yards in each of the past two seasons and now ranks seventh in franchise history with 6,285 career receiving yards. He has also recorded 42 receiving touchdowns, placing him among the team’s all-time scoring leaders.
Originally drafted sixth overall by the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2015, Demski returned to his hometown as a free agent in 2018. He has since appeared in 152 regular-season games and five Grey Cups with Winnipeg, winning championships in 2019 and 2021.
