Couples and brides invaded the Wonderful Wedding Show on Saturday and Sunday, as wedding season is just around the corner.
Caterers, photographers, event planners and designers showed off their wares and tried to lock down new clientele, as thousands of people wandered the Winnipeg Convention Centre with matrimony on their minds.
One of the inspirations this year was the pending nuptials of Prince William and Kate Middleton set for April 29. Organizers say the upcoming royal wedding definitely raised the excitement level for brides as they plan their own big days.
