Bothwell Cheese has come out on top for the sixth consecutive year by winning first place in the Marble Cheddar category at the 84th Annual British Empire Cheese Show.
The Manitoba-based cheese maker — who recently celebrated its 75th anniversary — also placed first in the Monterey Jack category.
The Belleville, Ontario competition attracts roughly 300 entries from across Canada, the U.S. and as far away as New Zealand and Ireland.
