The driver of a vehicle struck by a cement truck Friday afternoon is in hospital with serious injuries.
The crash happened shortly after 1 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 2 and Highway 13.
Carman RCMP responded and are working to determine a cause of the crash.
Traffic in the area was rerouted while emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
