Man Exposes Himself to Teen in River Heights

Winnipeg Police CrestPolice are looking for a man who they say exposed himself to a 12-year-old girl in River Heights.

The victim was waiting at a bus stop on Thursday just after 3 p.m. in the area of Grosvenor Avenue and Oak Street. Police say the man stood across the street and pulled down his pants to expose himself.

He fled in a northerly direction in a back lane and got into an older-style white van, similar to a Nissan Quest.

He is described as Caucasian, approximately 30-years-old, 5’9″ tall with a stocky build. The man is also described as having a bald or shaved head with a moustache and stubble on his face. He was wearing a white or greyish long sleeved collar shirt, light blue jeans and brown shoes.
