Residents living in Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba have a new tool to communicate with the rural municipality.
Through an integration with the iTown mobile app, the town can receive service requests and questions, communicate local notices to residents, including road closures, water outages and service disruptions.
All inbound requests are routed to the appropriate department and residents can track their progress.
The app, available for iOS and Android devices, is a product of All-Net.ca, a company that specializes in mobile solutions for RMs.
