The 18th annual Winnipeg Comedy Festival just got a jolt of humour with the addition of two more comedians.
Tom Papa and Sasheer Zamata will perform May 2 and May 4, respectively, at the festival’s galas.
Papa will play at First Impressions, which also includes host Trent McClellan, and performers Bryan Hatt, Simon King, Leland Klassen, Chanty Marostica, Shelina Merani, and Natalie Norman.
Zamata can be seen on Discomfort Zone, with host Jessica Holmes and performers Adam Christie, Mark James Heath, Pete Johansson, and Chelsea Lou.
The Winnipeg Comedy Festival runs April 28 to May 4. Tickets are available at winnipegcomedyfestival.com, or in person at Gas Station Arts Centre at the following times:
- Thursday to Saturday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (until April 27)
- Monday to Saturday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (April 29-May 4)
