The Manitoba Bison women’s hockey team has recruited the first six players for the 2020-21 season.
The Bisons on Monday announced the commitments of Aimee Patrick, Meagan Relf, Hanna Bailey, Brenna Nicol, Jena Barscello, and Kylie Lesuk to the team.
“The 2020 recruiting class is another step in the process for us and includes a select group of high-quality people and athletes,” head coach Jon Rempel said in a release.
“We are excited to have these student-athletes join us as it will add to an already young and steadily improving team.”
All six recruits are 17-years-old and will suit up for the Herd next fall.
Manitoba is currently 3-10-0-1 and plays at home this weekend (November 29-30) against the visiting Lethbridge Pronghorns.
