What’s better than a plate of free pancakes? Helping out the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba at the same time.
During IHOP National Pancake Day on Tuesday, February 25, the restaurant chain will be offering a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. In exchange, diners are encouraged to make a donation to the Children’s Hospital with the goal of raising $10,000.
Donations support the equipment, research and facility needs for sick and injured kids in Manitoba.
Several of the foundation’s Champion Children who experienced the life-saving support of the Children’s Hospital will be flipping pancakes for patrons.
Dine-in patrons at 455 Sterling Lyon Parkway can also fill out a ballot to win pancakes for a year. The draw will be made on February 26.
