Winnipeg police have arrested three people following an investigation into suspected drug trafficking activities.
Officers began their investigation in June 2024, which culminated in multiple arrests and seizures on November 8 at three Winnipeg residences in St. Boniface and Sage Creek.
At a home on Ritchot Street, officers arrested a 38-year-old woman and seized methamphetamine and cocaine valued at $850. A second search on the same street led to the arrest of a 42-year-old man, who had a Taser, money counter, and other paraphernalia. Both suspects face charges related to drug possession and weapon offences and were released pending court appearances.
A third search at Des Hivernants Street North uncovered a larger drug cache, including 155 grams of cocaine and 36 grams of methamphetamine, valued at over $12,000 combined. Officers also found multiple laptops and cash.
The suspect, Tyler James Goller, 41, was charged with trafficking and possession of crime proceeds and remains in custody.
Police say the suspects were previously known to each other and were allegedly collaborating in drug trafficking operations.
