A months-long investigation by Winnipeg police has resulted in the seizure of approximately $179,000 worth of illicit drugs, firearms, and stolen property, along with the arrests of three individuals.

The investigation, which began in January 2025, targeted drug trafficking in the Elmwood area. On March 6, police arrested a 38-year-old man during a traffic stop at Watt Street and Chalmers Avenue, leading to a series of search warrants.
