The Winnipeg Folk Festival has unveiled a list of the artisans who will appear in the Hand-Made Village this year.
The village showcases talented artisans from across Canada, each bringing unique, handcrafted goods for festivalgoers to enjoy.
“We love showcasing artisans from across the country whose work is truly handmade. There’s never been a better time to support local and other Canadian creators,” said Valerie Shantz, executive director.
“Each of these artisans are chosen based on the originality, aesthetics and quality of their work. We can’t wait for folks to see what they have to offer!”
Attendees can browse a selection of accessories, body care products, jewelry, homewares, sustainable clothing, and more in advance of the festival. A list of artisans who are attending can be found online.
The 50th Winnipeg Folk Festival is July 10-13 at Birds Hill Provincial Park. This year’s mobile app is also now available for download in the Apple Store and Google Play.
