Manitoba’s three major hospital foundations — St. Boniface Hospital, Health Sciences Centre, and HSC Winnipeg Children’s Hospital — have launched the 2025 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery, offering thousands of prizes worth millions of dollars.
Funds raised from the lottery will enhance patient care, support medical research, and fund vital equipment for the hospitals, which together serve nearly one million Manitobans each year.

This year’s prizes include six grand prize options, such as luxury homes or $1.25 million in cash. There are also early bonus draws, a growing 50/50 jackpot (which exceeded $1.3 million last year), and 125 extra cash prizes totalling $170,000.
