The Winnipeg Sea Bears have signed former NBA draft pick and standout guard Jalen Harris for the 2025 Canadian Elite Basketball League season.
Harris, 26, was drafted 59th overall by the Toronto Raptors in 2020 and appeared in 13 NBA games, along with a brief G League stint where he averaged 17.6 points and shot 50% from three-point range.
The 6-foot-5 guard has been a top performer in the CEBL, earning all-league honours in each of his three seasons. He led the Scarborough Shooting Stars to the 2022 championship final and averaged 24.5 points per game with the Saskatchewan Rattlers last season.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jalen Harris to the Sea Bears,” said head coach and general manager Mike Taylor. “Jalen is a dynamic scorer with proven professional experience, and we believe he will make an immediate impact on our team.”
Harris joins Winnipeg for his fourth CEBL season.
