The Manitoba government has launched MB Ready, a new online portal to keep residents informed during emergencies, such as wildfires.

Managed by the province’s Emergency Management Organization (EMO), the site will provide real-time updates and details on available supports during crises.

“In times of crisis, timely and accurate information makes navigating uncertainty a little bit easier,” said Transportation and Infrastructure Minister Lisa Naylor.

“Our government is proud to launch this tool that will ensure every Manitoban, no matter where they live, can stay informed and connected during emergencies.”

The portal is part of the government’s broader emergency preparedness efforts and will continue to expand with new features aimed at improving accessibility and responsiveness.

The portal can be accessed at mbready.manitoba.ca.
