A 15-year-old boy from Steinbach died Sunday after his dirt bike collided with a train in the RM of Springfield.

RCMP say the crash happened around 1:05 p.m. at the Pleasant Road railway crossing, just south of Highway 15. The dirt bike, travelling south, struck a westbound CN train.
