The Winnipeg Jets have signed forward Cole Perfetti to a five-year contract with an average annual value of $6 million USD.
Perfetti, 24, recorded 32 points on 12 goals and 20 assists, along with 20 penalty minutes, in 68 games for the Jets last season. The Whitby, Ont. native set a career high with 15 minutes and 37 seconds of ice time per game in 2025-26.
Selected 10th overall by Winnipeg in the 2020 NHL Draft, Perfetti set career highs for points (50) and assists (32) in 82 games during the 2024-25 season. In last year’s Stanley Cup Playoffs, he scored the latest tying goal in a Game 7 in NHL history, helping the Jets eliminate the St. Louis Blues in the first round.
