- Winnipeg police have closed Saskatchewan Avenue between Hamilton Avenue and Buchanan Boulevard due to poor visibility and large snow drifts. The advisory was issued at about 5:15 p.m.
- RCMP say the eastbound passing lanes of Highway 101 are snow packed between McPhillips Street and Main Street. Motorists should keep to the right hand lane.
- The province has rescheduled pre-budget consultations set to begin tonight at the Portugese Culture Centre at 659 Young Street. Consultations will take place on Wednesday, February 3 at 7 p.m.
- Pembina Trails School Division said Linden Meadows School has cancelled Kindergarten Parent Information Evening for tonight.
