Parts of Waterfront Drive will reopen Monday to accomodate the reinstallation of a traffic signal at Higgins Avenue.

The city says Waterfront between MacDonald Avenue and Higgins will temporarily reopen at 1 p.m. The street had been closed due to construction of the new Disraeli Bridges.

The affected section of Waterfront is scheduled to temporarily close again in the spring of 2012.
